摘要
现代工业生产中自动化上下料是进行高效、高速、高质量生产的有效方法,通过分析工件加工工艺和影响工件输送速度的各个关键因素,确定了工件上下料控制方法,根据实际上下料工艺要求确定了系统的自动化控制方案,采用PLC控制系统实现上下料的自动控制,降低了工人劳动强度,改善工作环境,提高企业的自动化水平。
Automated loading and unloading in modem industrial production is an effective method for efficient, high-speed and high-quality production. This paper determines the control methods of loading and unloading of workpieees through the analysis of the processing technology and the various key factors that influence the transfer speed, the he automatic control scheme of the system is determined according to the actual loading process, using the PLC control system to realize the automatic loading and unloading control of materials, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the working environment, and improves the automation level of the enterprises.
