摘要
研究探讨了情报学与智库研究之间的关系,提出流程模型、层次模型、并列模型三类情报在智库中的运作规制模型。以此为基础,提出了情报学视阈下的九类智库报告模式,包括"进行时"式事件报告、解读型政策分析报告、"风马牛"式行业报告、"回音壁"式反馈报告、"乌鸦嘴"式研究报告、"马后炮"式分析报告、针砭时弊型内参报告、"敲边鼓"式评价报告、"大百科"式年度报告等。
This study investigated the operation regulation and effect of intelligence on the organization and product system of think tanks. The relationship between intelligence studies and research of think tanks was discussed. Three models, including procedural model, hierarchical model and parallel model were proposed. Nine products of think tanks was gave, including progressive report, unscramble report, unrelated report, feedback report, belated report, political re- port and so on.
