摘要
目的分析和探究胃癌根治术后患者选取心理护理干预对其生活质量的影响效果。方法本次研究对象为80例胃癌根治术后患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组患者予以常规护理结合心理护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术后患者选取心理护理干预的效果显著,对其生活质量的提高具有促进作用。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of the patients after radical gastrectomy. Methods 80 patients after radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention on the patients after radical gastrectomy is significant, and it can promote the improvement of the quality of life.
