摘要
目的研究急救药品管理中存在的问题及应对措施。方法对我院2013年1月—2016年1月急救药品管理情况进行检查,在检查过程中对于出现的急救药品管理问题进行深入的研究,找出这些问题发生的原因,并据此制定科学、有效的管理对策,提高我院急救药品的管理水平。结果在检查中共发现急救药品管理不良事件183起,其中药品使用过量事件8起,占43.72%,药品摆放混乱事件38起,占20.7%,其他事件如药品档案记录混乱、药品变质等事件有57起,占31.15%。结论急救药品在使用过程中面临着很多的问题,在管理过程中,要完善急救药品的信息档案记录、规范医院急救药品的管理方法,提高急救药品管理人员的专业能力与职业道德素质,有效提高急救药品的管理水平,降低不良事件的发生概率,保障急救药品的安全使用与管理。
Objective To study the problems and countermeasures in the management of emergency medicine. Methods The management of first-aid drugs in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 was checked, and the management of first-aid drugs appeared in the inspection process was further studied, to find out the causes of these problems, and to formulate scientific and effective management countermeasures in order to improve the management level of first aid drugs in our hospital. Results 183 cases of adverse drug management were found to be found in the Communist Party of China, of which 8 cases of drug use were overused, accounting for 43.72%, 38 of the drug placement disorder, accounting for 20.7%, Other events, such as the disorder of drug records and the deterioration of drugs, accounted for 57, accounting for 31.15%. Conclusion There are many problems in the use of first-aid drugs. In the management process, we should improve the records of emergency drug information and standardize the management methods of first-aid drugs in hospitals. We should improve the professional and moral quality of emergency drug administrators, effectively improve the management level of emergency drugs, reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse events, and ensure the safe use and management of first-aid drugs.
