摘要
为了不断提高工业生产力,创新工业生产技能,以及最大限度地提高产品外观轮廓的精细度,需要设计视觉处理软件,不断提高工业产品外观轮廓设计精确度及色彩安排合理性。提出用于工业产品外观设计的视觉处理软件,利用视觉处理软件计算并提取所需设计产品的特征,尤其充分描述工业产品的局部特征,以获得产品轮廓图像鉴别系数,设计工业产品轮廓的初始化模型,从而实现对产品外观的轮廓及颜色设计,判断工业产品外观的设计合理性。仿真实验证明,利用该方法对工业产品轮廓进行设计,能够有效提升工业产品成品率。
In order to improve the industrial productivity,innovate the industrial production skills,and perfect the fineness of the product appearance to the maximum extent,it is necessary to design the visual processing software to constantly improve the accuracy of the industrial product appearance design and reasonability of color arrangement. The visual processing software used for industrial product appearance design is proposed. The visual processing software is used to calculate and extract the features needed by product design,especially for the local features which can fully describe the industrial products to acquire the distinguishing coefficient of the industrial product contour. The initial model of the industrial product contour was designed to realize the contour and color design of the product appearance,and judge the design rationality of the industrial product appearance. The simulation results show this method used to design the industrial product appearance can improve the yield of industrial products effectively.
