摘要
随着通讯行业的发展,加上国家对节能减排的要求,大型数据中心倾向于使用功率型VRLA电池作为后备电源。基于蓄电池高倍率放电、连排温升、蓄电池一致性的高要求,从板栅结构、极柱结构、隔板选择、蓄电池间连排,及蓄电池一致性等几个方面,对2V高功率VRLA蓄电池(组)的设计进行了探讨。
With the development of communication industry as well as the requirements for energy conservation and reduction of pollutant emissions, the large data centers prefer to adopt power VRLA batteries as standby power sources. Based on the high requirements of high rate discharge, temperature rise of connecting copper bar as well as battery consistency, the design of 2 V high power VRLA batteries is discussed from the aspects of grid structure, terminal post structure, separator, connecting copper bar, as well as battery consistency.
