推广不动产统一登记这一制度,对我国进行物权法的建设具有里程碑式的价值意义。不动产登记分为村民集体申请和个人单方申请这两种登记模式。在接收到登记申请之后,相关的登记申请部门开始对申请报告中所夹带的房屋、土地资料进行审查和检验,在确认无误之后方继续进行农村土地、房屋的不动产登记工作。
Promoting the unified registration of real estate is of great significance to the construction of property law in China. The registration of real estate is divided into two kinds of registration modes: the collective application of the villagers and the individual application by individual.
