细节管理是护理管理工作中重要的一环,重视细节管理能够提高护理服务品质、改善医患关系、规避护理风险,提高护理质量。本文就加强细节管理在提升护理服务质量品质的影响方面进行探讨,希望能够给广大护理工作者带来新的思考和借鉴。
Detailed management is an important part of nursing management.Attention to detail management can improve the quality of nursing service,improve the relationship between doctor and patient,avoid nursing risks and improve the quality of nursing.In this we discusses the influence of strengthening detail management in improving the quality of nursing service,hoping to bring new thoughts and lessons to the majority of nursing workers.
