摘要
目的:探讨改良右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的效果。方法:收治结肠癌患者96例,分为改良组和传统组,各48例。传统组行传统手术治疗,改良组行改良右半结肠切除术治疗。结果:改良组治疗有效率显著高于传统组,改良组并发症发生率显著低于传统组,改良组手术时间、术中出血量以及淋巴结清除数量显著优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:对结肠癌患者行改良右半结肠切除术治疗,不仅能够提高整体治疗效果,同时,还能够减少并发症的发生,在一定程度上缩短了手术时间,利于患者康复。
Objective：To investigate the effect of modified right hemi colectomy in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods：96 cases with colon cancer were selected,and they were divided into the improved group and the traditional group with 48 cases in each.The traditional group were treated with traditional surgical treatment,and the improved group were treated with improved right hemi colectomy.Results：The effective rate of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,and the complication rate in the modified group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and lymph node clearance in the modified group were significantly better than those in the traditional group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified right hemi colectomy in the treatment of patients with colon cancer can not only improve the overall treatment effect,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,which can shortens the operation time at a certain extent,and it is conducive to the recovery of patients＇ condition.
