摘要
当前我国高等教育学校普遍从粗放式发展向集约式发展转变,而众多的地方高校如何从分层建设向分类建设转变,如何从"超常规"到"新常态"的转变,直接关系到地方高校未来的发展。本文通过研究新常态下的高校转型发展模式,探索培育一批以培养技术技能型人才为目标、追求与区域经济社会紧密适应的应用型高等教育学校的优化机制。
At present,China’s higher education generally changes from extensive development to intensive development. While the problem is that how the local universities change from hierarchical construction to classification construction,and change from ＂super routine＂ to ＂new normal＂. The transformation is directly related to the future development of local universities. Through the study in the transformation development mode of the new normal universities,explore the optimization mechanism is proposed which include cultivating a number of applied and skilled technical personnel and pursuing adaptation of regional economy and society to institutions of higher education.
