摘要
近年来爆光的食品安全事故暴露出一系列食品安全问题,国内高等农业院校营养与食品卫生学专业应运而生。本文就当前国内相关高校营养与食品卫生学专业的开设现状,针对如何在高等农业院校更好的开展营养与食品卫生学教学展开了讨论与研究。
In recent years,has been repeatedly exposed food safety accident exposed a series of food safety issues,domestic higher agricultural institutions nutrition and food hygiene professional came into being.This paper discusseshow to carry out nutrition and food hygiene teaching in higher agricultural colleges with the present situation of nutrition and food hygiene specialty in Chinese universities.
