摘要
实践基地是学生进行专业实践的主要场所。加强实践基地的建设对于专业学位研究生来说至关重要。本文在协同创新原则指导下探索电气类全日制专业硕士校外实践基地的建设问题,从创新基地建设模式、规范基地管理等方面进行了阐述。实践基地的建设创新了研究生的培养模式,强化了硕导师资队伍的建设。从而为提高全日制专业硕士的工程实践能力和创新能力奠定了基础。
Practice base is the main place for students to carry out professional practice.Strengthening the construction of practice base is very important for the master of professional degree.Under the guidance of the principle of collaborative innovation,this paper explores the construction of the off-campus practice bases for full-time Master of electrical engineering,and expounds the innovative of construction mode of practice bases and the standardized management of bases.The construction of practice base innovates the training mode of postgraduate students,and strengthens the construction of the supervisor tutor team.So as to lay a foundation for improving the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of full-time professional master.
