摘要 真菌毒素是一类真菌生长过程中产生的致癌性极强次级代谢产物,广泛存在于谷物和动物的饲料当中,不仅对人类和动物的健康构成极大的威胁,而且造成了巨大的经济损失,因此真菌毒素的脱毒是一个非常有意义的课题。目前真菌毒素的脱毒方法主要有物理脱毒法、化学脱毒法、生物脱毒法。着重介绍了目前应用较广泛、廉价的吸附剂脱毒技术,并对硅铝酸盐类、活性炭类、高分子聚合物类等不同类型的吸附剂进行了详细行归纳讨论,为开发具有高效、廉价、选择性强的吸附剂提供一些参考。 Mycotoxin is a kind of strong carcinogenic secondary metabolites produced in the process of fungal growth and it exist widely in grain and animal feed, not only poses a great threat to human and animal health, hut also causes huge economic loss. Therefore, the detoxification of mycotoxin is a very meaningful subject. Currently, the methods of mycotoxin degradation have been developed, including physical detoxification, chemical detoxification and biological detoxification. The technology of widely-used and low-cost adsorbent detoxification was introduced, different types of adsorbents, such as aluminosilicate, activated carbon, polymer, were discussed detailedly and summarized to provide some reference for the development of high efficiency, cheap and selective adsorbents.
