摘要
广州抽水蓄能二期电厂4台机组生产运行至今,屡屡受到水导轴承振摆大、抽水工况下瓦温高等缺陷的困扰。针对设计制造、运行维修情况进行深层次剖析,认为广蓄二期水导轴承主要受水力设计不平衡因素影响,同时存在水导轴承存在承载力不足,结构设计不合理等问题,提出通过增大水导瓦尺寸,改进结构设计等处理措施彻底解决水导轴承缺陷,为抽水蓄能电站类似缺陷的处理及后续项目建设提供经验。
The four units of the Guangzhou Ⅱ pumped storage power station have excessive vibration and excessively high temperature of turbine guide bearing problems often occurred in the operation. In thispaper,with study of the behavior of turbine guide bearing including the design and operation characteristics,it can confirmed that, the hydraulic imbalance on the pump-turbine,the bearing capacity of turbine guide bearing insufficient are the main reasons,then a new design code for the dimensions of the guide bearing segments is proposed to deal with those problems. The conclusions of thisstudy can provide evidence to solve similar problems for the construction of pumped storage
