下穿铁路锚索工程预应力损失规律 被引量:2

摘要 以南宁—昆明铁路K512+510—K512+732段右侧衡重式浆砌片石挡墙锚索加固工程为背景,通过现场试验分析锚索预应力损失规律。结果表明:在中风化石灰岩地层中锚固时,下穿锚索预应力损失分瞬时损失、短期损失与长期损失3个阶段。瞬时损失阶段为锚索锁定前后的预应力损失,单锚与群锚的预应力损失率均略<10%。短期损失阶段为锚索锁定后5 d以内,预应力损失率<1%。长期损失阶段为锚索锁定后5~180 d,5~30 d锚索预应力稳步下降,预应力损失率为0.20%~0.66%;30~180 d锚索预应力相对平稳,基本在稳定值附近小幅波动变化。 Taking the anchor cables reinforcement project of the right weight balance mortar rubble retaining wall in the K512+510—K512+732 section of the Nanning-Kunming railway as background,the prestress loss law of anchor cable was analyzed through field tests. The results show that in case of anchorage in medium weathered limestone stratum,the prestress loss of anchor cables crossing under subgrade should be divided in such three stages as instantaneous loss, short-term loss and long-term loss. The stage of instantaneous loss is the prestress loss before and after the anchorage lock and prestress loss rate of the single anchor and the group anchor is slightly less than 10%,the short-term loss stage is within 5 d after the anchorage lock and the prestress loss rate is less than 1%,the longterm loss stage is 5~ 180 d after the anchorage lock,the prestress of anchor cable decreases steadily within 5 ~ 30 d and the prestress loss rate is from 0. 20% to 0. 66%,the prestress of anchor cable is relatively smooth from 30 d to 180 d with slightly fluctuating around the stable value.
