摘要
在统计问卷调查中,态度类问题的应用较为广泛,但其应用受到被调查者心理倾向的影响而存在系统性心理误差。文章设置对照实验组调查分析,发现系统性心理误差选择倾向来源于问卷答案设置且有规律可循,因此在统计调查实践中应遵循被调查者存在的心理倾向规律,科学合理地设置统计调查问卷,以提高调查数据的整体质量。
Attitudinal questions are widely asked in the statistical questionnaire surveys, hut there exist systematic psycho- logical errors about the reliability of the answers which are ＇affected by the psychological tendency of the respondents. This paper sets control group and experimental group for the sake of investigation and analysis. The result finds that the selection tendencies of systematic psychological errors derive from the settings of the questionnaire answers, and there are always some rules to be fol- lowed. Therefore, the researchers of statistical surveys shall abide by the psychological tendency laws of the respondents and set statistical questionnaires scientifically and rationally so as to boost the overall quality of survey data.
