供水管网空气阀进排气过程中的流通面积计算与分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着内部结构改造,空气阀的结构更加多样化,加之动作过程中缓冲装置及内部球体的位置变化等,导致进排气过程中孔口流通面积随管道内外压差的变化而存在差异。首先将空气阀的仿真模拟流量值与行业标准值进行对比,得出标准规范数据偏小,应适当增大;其次,基于仿真模拟数据与标准规范数据,分别计算空气阀的进排气流通面积,得出空气阀排气时出口流通面积大于公称通径对应面积,进气时的入口流通面积小于公称通径对应面积。该研究结果可为空气阀的计算及选型提供指导。 With the change of internal structures, the structure of the air valve is more diversified. In addition, the buffer device and sphere position may be changed in the action process. So, there is diversity in the orifice circulation area with the change of pressure difference between inside and outside of the pipeline. Firstly, the simulation flow value of air valve was compared with the standard specification flow value, which indicates that the standard specification data is small and should be increased. Secondly, based on the simulation data and the standard specification data, the inlet and outlet circulation area were respectively calculated. It is concluded that the outlet flow area of air valve is larger than that of in- side nominal diameter, and the inlet flow area is less than that of inside nominal diameter. This study can provide guid- ance for the calculation and selection of air valve.
