以胸痛为首发症状的多发性骨髓瘤一例

摘要 患者，女，61岁，因“心前区持续性疼痛1月余”于2016年10月入院。患者1个月前活动后出现心前区疼痛，为持续性闷痛，约数分钟至半小时，休息后缓解。既往有2型糖尿病史，否认高血压、高脂血症病史，否认吸烟史。入院体格检查：T37．1℃，P81次／分，R20次／分，Bp133／71mmHg。神志清楚，表情痛苦，全身皮肤黄染，巩膜黄染，双肺呼吸音粗，未闻及干湿性哕音。心率81次／分，律齐，各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音。
