摘要
针对绿色供应链管理问题,通过借鉴国内外环保专家的意见,设计调查国内外化工行业绿色供应链管理现状的相关问卷,运用SPSS软件对收集的数据进行了信度、效度分析,探索性因子分析,共提取出影响绿色供应链管理实践的19个主要因子,并把他们划分为完善法规、绿色采购、绿色制造、绿色物流、绿色销售、竞争对手、内部环保与成本控制这7大类,利用AMOS软件构建了结构方程模型来研究影响绿色供应链管理实践的主要因素以及分别的效应率,分析了我国化工行业现阶段绿色供应链管理中存在的问题和不足,提出基于产业集聚的化工行业绿色供应链管理模式。为化工行业提高绿色供应链管理水平提供依据与参考。
By drawing on the opinions of the domestic and foreign environmental protection experts, we design and investigate the relevant questionnaires about the current situation of green supply chain management in the domestic and foreign chemical industry. The reliability, validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis are conducted using SPSS software. The 19 main factors influencing the green supply chain management practice are extracted and classified into perfect regulations, green procurement, green manufacturing, green logistics, green sales, competitors, internal environmental protection and cost control of these seven categories. The structural equation model is constructed by using AMOS software to study the main factors affecting the green supply chain management and the effect rate respectively. The problems and shortcomings of the green supply chain management in China's chemical industry are analyzed, and green supply chain management model based on industrial agglomeration is proposed. It provides the basis and reference for scientific and accurate decision-making of improving the green supply chain management in China's chemical industry.
