摘要
探讨新型纤维素纤维最佳的空气捻接工艺。介绍了空气捻接器的发展、使用状况、工作原理、捻接质量评价方法;针对目前新型纤维素纤维纱线使用空气捻接器时存在的问题,对捻接气压、捻接长度、捻接时间进行了重点分析和研究。利用正交试验的方法对空气捻接器各捻接参数进行优化,得出了莫代尔9.8tex纱、竹浆纤维14.8tex纱和竹浆纤维9.8tex纱的理想捻接工艺。认为:纱线的最优捻接工艺参数应随纤维的特性及纺纱号数不同而有所调整。
The best air splicer technology of new type cellulose fiber was discussed. The development, use sit- uation, working principle and splicing quality evaluation method of air splicer were introduced. Aiming at current existent problems of new type cellulose fiber yarn used air splicer, splicing pressure,splicing length and splicing time were analyzed and studied specifically. Every splicing parameters of air splicer were optimized by orthogonal testing method. The ideal splicing technology of modal 9.8 rex yarn, bamboo fiber 14.8 tex yarn and bamboo fiber 9.8 rex yarn were obtained. It is considered that the best splicing technology of yarn should be adjusted according to the fiber property and yarn fineness.
