摘要
研究角蛋白的制备工艺及其对棉织物的改性效果。测试了反应温度、溶剂和变性剂浓度对角蛋白产率的影响,得出了制备角蛋白的最佳工艺。对改性后棉织物的表面形态、化学结构、增重率、断裂强力、折皱回复角、透气率和透湿量等进行了测试。结果表明:当采用最佳的角蛋白制备工艺时,角蛋白产率可达85%;采用角蛋白改性棉织物时会在纤维表层以及纤维之间产生沉积物;改性棉织物的折皱回复角和透湿量均呈现先增后减的趋势。认为:采用角蛋白改性棉织物时应合理控制角蛋白浓度。
The preparation process of keratin and its modification effect on cotton fabric were studied. The influences of reaction temperature, solvent and denaturant concentration on productivity of keratin were tested. The optimized process for keratin preparation was obtained. The surface morphology, chemical structure, weight gain rate, breaking strength, creasy recovery angle,air permeability, moisture transmission rate and so on of cotton fabric after modification were tested. The test results show that the keratin productivity can be reached to 85% when optimized keratin preparation process is adopted. Deposition can be generated between fiber surface layer and fibers when keratin is used for cotton fabric modification. The creasy recovery angle and moisture transmis- sion rate of modified cotton fabric show the trend of increase first and decrease then. It is considered that reasona ble control for keratin concentration should be adopted when keratin is used for cotton fabric modification.
