Analysis on Features of Electrocardiogram Changes in High Performance Fighter Pilots with Ground Pressure Breathing Training

摘要 目的评价地面加压呼吸训练对高性能战斗机飞行员心电活动的影响。方法检测682名高性能战斗机飞行员,进行地面加压呼吸训练时心电图变化情况。结果所有飞行员经过训练后心率均有不同程度地提高,其中在达到3.99~5.94 kPa、5.95~7.91 kPa、7.92~9.80 kPa 3个余压即刻状态下,后两个较试验前心率均有明显提高,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前两个分别进行至3 min时,心率水平较试验前明显提高,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3名飞行员在训练过程中,出现偶发房性或室性早搏;9名飞行员出现T波改变,其中3名为T波倒置(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、AVF)、6名为T波低平(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、AVF);1名飞行员出现ST段下移0.05 mV;136名飞行员P波电压增高。休息1 min后,复查心电图,均正常。结论地面加压呼吸训练对飞行员心电活动有一定影响,心率、P波、T波均有不同程度变化,因此需重视心电图监测,特别是持续时间较长时,并注意训练后复查。 Objective To evaluate the influence of ground pressure breathing training on the cardioelectricity activi- ties of high performance fighter pilots. Methods A total of 682 high performance fighter pilots were detected the eardio- electricity activities in the ground pressure breathing training. Results The heart rates of all pilots after training increased to varying degree. Among three different instant overbottom pressure E(3. 99-5. 95), (5. 95-7. 9l) and (7. 91-9. 80) kPa], the heart rates under the last two pressures were significantly more than before (P〈0. 05). The heart rates of the first two g^oups to 3 rain were higher than before the test (P〈0. 05). Three pilots developed occasional atrial or ventrieular premature beats in the process of training. Nine pilots appeared T wave changes, of which 3 pilots were T wave inversion ( ]I , m, AVF) and 6 pilots were low flat T wave ( Ⅱ , Ⅲ, AVF). One pilot appeared ST segment down 0. 05 inV. One hun- dred and thirty-six pilots increased in P wave voltage. After 1 minute rest, the electrocardiogram of them was back to nor- mal. Conclusion Ground pressure breathing training have a certain effect on electrical activities of pilots. The heart rate,P wave and T wave of them were changed in varying degrees. So pay more attention to electrocardiogram monitoring, espe- cially with longer duration, and review after training.
