摘要
针对不同的电动汽车研究和开发高效的动力电池热管理系统,将锂离子电池的工作温度保持在合适的范围内,对于电动汽车的安全可靠行驶有着非常重要的意义。本文分析和总结了锂离子电池的产热本质,温度对其性能、可靠性和安全性的影响,以及动力电池热管理系统中常用的冷却和加热的方式,最后重点分析了CAE技术在开发和设计锂离子动力电池热管理系统过程中的应用。CAE技术的应用可为动力电池热管理系统的设计和优化提供了可靠的分析方法和理论支撑,整体上提升了锂离子动力电池系统的开发效率和安全等级。
Research and development of efficient battery thermal management system(BTMS) for different electric vehicles (EV) is very important for the operation safety and reliability of EV, which can make the lithium ion battery working temperature is kept within the suitable range. This paper made analysis and summary on chemical reaction and heat generation of Lithium-ion battery; the influence of temperature on the performance, reliability and security; and the commonly used way of cooling and heating of BTMS; final focus on the analysis of the application of CAE technology during designing a BTMS. The application of CAE technology provides a reliable analytical method and theoretical support for the design and optimization of BTMS and overall improve the development efficiency and safety level of Lithium-ion power battery system.
