摘要
社区治理离不开社会工作和社区信息化。现阶段,利用社会工作帮助社区治理存在四个困境,要克服这些困境,需要实现社区信息化、社会工作和社区治理联动。具体来说,社区信息化可以为社区治理提供技术性支持,社会工作可以禀赋专业性和"助人助己"的精神,利用社区信息化与社区居民一起共同参与社区治理。三者结合意义重大,为社区治理现代化提供线上线下结合的保障,为实现社区治理再造提供技术和人才的双重保障。
Social work and community informatization cannot be separated from community governance.At this stage,there are four aspects of difficulties in the use of social work to help community governance.To overcome the difficulties it is necessary to realize community informatization,social work and community governance linkage.Specifically,community informatization can provide technical support for community governance,social work can be endowed with professionalism and the spirit of＂helping others,helping yourself＂,and community informatization can be used together with community residents to participate in community governance.Therefore,the combination of the three has great significance,which provides the guarantee for community governance and the double protection of technology and talents for the reengineering of community governance.
