轿车轮胎气密层低温性能影响因素的研究

摘要 研究轿车轮胎气密层配方中生胶体系(天然橡胶/氯化丁基橡胶)、补强填充体系(炭黑和活性陶土)和增塑体系(环保油)对其低温性能的影响。结果表明,轿车轮胎气密层配方中各组分较合理用量(份)分别为:活性陶土30,炭黑70,氯化丁基橡胶85,环保油16。 The influence factors of the low temperature performance of the inner liner for passenger car tire were investigated. The factors studied were rubber system(NR/CIIR),reinforcing and filling system(carbon black and activated clay),and plasticizer system. The result showed that,the optimum inner liner formula was as follows:activated clay 30 phr,carbon black 70 phr,CIIR 85 phr,and oil 16 phr.
