摘要
探究利用玉米秸秆栽培黄灵菇的关键技术,以期为开发玉米秸秆栽培黄灵菇提供理论支持。将玉米秸秆以一定比例加入栽培料,经常规处理后接入黄灵菇菌种,一定条件下培养和出菇,测定菌丝体、子实体性状。结果表明,培养料中可适当添加玉米秸秆栽培黄灵菇,黄灵菇培养料最适配方为:木屑49%、玉米秸秆30%、麦麸17%、黄豆粉3%、石膏1%。
Cultivation techniques of Hohenbuehelia serotina with corn-stalk was studied ,in order to provide theoretical basis for corn-stalk development.Corn-stalk as the material was added to the compost,inoculated Hohenbuehelia serotina after processed,cultivated and fruited under normal conditions, measured character of mycelium and fruiting bodies. The results showed that corn-stalk could be used for cultivating Hohenbuehelia serotina.The best formula for Hohenbuehelia serotina cultivation was sawdust 49% ,corn-stalk 30% ,wheat bran 17% ,soybean flour 3% ,gypsum 1%.
