摘要
伴随着时代的发展和社会的进步,档案管理工作呈现出全面进步的态势,纸质档案和电子档案的并行管理成为顺应时代发展的必然趋势,要在优化管理自动化项目的基础上,充分利用纸质文件的价值,完善档案管理工作的整体水平。本文集中对比分析了电子档案和纸质档案两者的优势和劣势,并且提出了电子档案和纸质档案并行发展的策略,以供参考。
With the social development and improvement, the file management has been in the trend of progress. The parallel management of Paper file and electronic files has been an inexorable trend. We should improve the skills of file management on the base of omptimizing the automation programme, making best use of the value of paper file. This paper compares and analyzes the advantage and disadvantage between electronic and paper files, and bring forward the strategies for parallel development of paper and electronic files.
