摘要
沙坪坝交通枢纽综合体有多栋不同业态的超高层建筑,常见超高层建筑给水方式包括重力给水、恒压变频给水、重力和恒压变频组合给水多种方式,在垂直系统分区上也有很多选择,如何确定适用于本项目的优化生活给水方式是设计重点。利用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST,对不同给水方式和分区方案进行生活给水系统全年能耗模拟计算,并结合不同方案的投资分析,综合运行能耗与投资的经济性,确定高位水箱重力供水是适用于本项目的最佳给水方式,并为其他超高层建筑给水系统的方案选择和优化设计提供借鉴。
The Shappingba transport hub has several super high-rise buildings with different functions. Common water supply methods of super high-rise buildings include gravity water sup- ply, constant pressure variable frequency water supply, and combined gravity and constant pres- sure variable frequency water supply. There are also many options in vertical system partition. How to choose the optimal water supply method which is suitable for this project is the design fo cus. This paper used a building energy simulation software DeST to calculate the annual energy consumption of the different water supply methods and partition schemes. Combined with invest- ment analysis of different schemes and considering the operational energy consumption and invest- ment economy, it was determined that high water tank is the best water supply mode for this pro- ject. This paper can provide reference for the selection and optimization design of water supply sys- tem for other super high-rise buildings.
