摘要
在ROMAX中建立轴承-转子系统,根据轴承-转子基本参数及其承受不同振动加速度下得到轴承不同的工况和轴承游隙与寿命的关系。依据ISO16281修正参考额定寿命的计算公式,得到在不同工况下轴承的寿命,并考虑了配合及温度对轴承游隙影响。因此,依据配合及温度的影响,非驱动端初始径向游隙30~50μm,驱动端初始径向游隙45~75μm。
In the ROMAX to establish the bearing - rotor system, according to the basic parameters ofbearing - rotor and bear different vibration acceleration under different bearing conditions and bearingclearance and life relationship.
