环流式旋风分离器旋进涡核的数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用雷诺应力模型对环流式旋风除尘器中三维非稳态流场迚行了数值模拟计算。分析了环流式旋风分离器中旋迚涡核的频率及幅值沿径向和轴向的变化觃律。比较了环流式旋风分离器与DⅢ型旋风分离器中旋迚涡核的特征参数。结果表明:环流式旋风分离器与DⅢ型旋风分离器相比,环流式旋风分离器中的旋迚涡核平均波动频率降低了58%,最大波动幅值减少26%。 The Reynolds stress model was used to simulate the three-dimensional unsteady flow field in the circumfluent cyclone separator.The radial and axial distribution of the frequency and amplitude of the processing vortex core in the circulation type cyclone separator was analyzed.The characteristic parameters of the vortex cores in the circumfluent cyclone separator and the DⅢ type cyclone separator were compared.The results showed that the average fluctuation frequency of the vortex core was decreased by 58% and the maximum fluctuation amplitude was reduced by 23% in the circumfluent cyclone separator compared with the DⅢ type cyclone separator.
