摘要 为研究结合面的处理方式以及不同叠浇时间间隔对聚丙烯腈纤维(PANF)陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土黏结性能的影响规律,通过制作Z型试件和立方体试件进行加载试验研究抗剪强度和抗拉强度力学性能。试验结果表明:露骨料水洗剂处理结合面较凿毛面处理法能够更加有效地提高结合面的粗糙度,增强2种混凝土的黏结性能;缩短叠浇时间间隔能够有效提高Z型试件抗剪强度和抗拉试件劈裂抗拉强度。 In order to study the influence of the surface treatment and the concrete pouring time spacing on the bonding performance of lightweight aggregate concrete within polyacrylonitrile fiber mixing and normal concrete,the Z-type and the cubic tensile specimens were loaded to study shear strength and tensile strength. The experimental results show that the combining surface dealt with concrete washing reagent improves roughness and strengthen the bonding performance of the two kinds of concrete more effectively than gouge processing method. And reducing two kinds of concrete pouring time can effectively improve the Z-type shear strength and cubic bonding strength.
