摘要
分析天然气管道在综合管廊内敷设的热补偿、阀门设置等难点问题并提出技术措施,推荐采用方形补偿器进行热补偿,截断阀采用电液联动全焊接球阀。以某6根天然气管道入综合管廊工程为例提出设计方案,应用AUTOPIPE软件对计算管系典型段进行应力分析,管系受力符合规范要求。
The difficulties for installing thermal compensators and valves of natural gas pipeline in utility tunnel are analyzed,and the technical measures are put forward. It is recommended that square compensators are used for thermal compensation, and a full welding ball valve with electro-hydraulic linkage is used as the cut-off valve. Taking a project for laying 6 natural gas pipelines in utility tunnel as an example,a design scheme is proposed. The stress analysis of the typical section of the pipe system is carried out by using AUTOPIPE software. The stress of the pipe system meets the requirements of the standard.
