摘要
为深入贯彻落实国家中医药管理局颁布的52个中医优势病种护理方案,医院自主研发建设中医护理方案与效果评价系统。采用路径导航、智能知识库等信息化手段为临床护理人员实施中医护理方案,形成评价表和护理文书提供了高效、便捷、客观、准确的管理平台。详细介绍了系统架构、系统业务流程、系统功能和系统特点。最后对相关问题进行讨论,并对系统应用效果进行总结。系统实施后,大大提高了护理质量、护理效果和病人满意度,提升医院整体服务和管理水平。
For the further implementation of the nursing scheme about 52 TCM dominant diseases promulgated by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the hospital developed the TCM nursing scheme and effect evaluation system. This paper introduced the construction practice of the system. The system provides nurses with efficient, convenient, objective and accurate management platform for the implementation of TCM nursing scheme, forming evaluation tables and nursing documents by path guidance, intelligent knowledge base and other means of information. This paper detailed the system architecture, process, function and characteristics. Finally, the paper discusses the related problems and summarizes the apphcation effects of the system. Since the system implementation, the quality of nursing, the effect of TCM nursing and the satisfaction of patients have been improved greatly, and it also promoted the overall service and management level of the hospital.
