摘要
配电网单相接地故障的单端行波定位方法主要通过检测线模和零模初始波头的到达时刻而实现,但存在零模波速不稳定的问题。提出一种新型的基于行波折反射特征的故障区段定位方法,利用故障行波在线路故障点、分支点和线路末端折反射的规律,由测量点测得故障线模行波,经希尔伯特黄变换(HHT)标定初始波和各反射波到达时刻;由线模波速计算各反射波与初始波的路程差,结合配电网拓扑,确定行波可能的传播路径,进而判断故障区段。PSCAD仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
For a single-phase to ground fault in distribution networks, the fault locating method using traveling wave measured at one terminal mainly needs to detect the arrival time of the initial wave head of line mode and zero mode. However, the velocity of the zero mode wave is unstable. This paper proposes a novel fault section locating method by using the line mode traveling wave. It analyzes the wave refraction and reflection performance at the line fault location, branching point and line end, respectively. The path differences between the reflection waves and initial incident wave are estimated via the Hilbert Huang Transform by indexing the arrival time of the initial wave and reflected waves under the assumed line mode wave velocity. Combined with the topology of distribution network, the possible propagation path can be obtained to identify the faulty line section. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by PSCAD simulation.
