摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的工业领域,制造商对产品供应商有着较高的要求。传统模式下的企业采购流程非常复杂,需投入极大的时间和人力成本,采购过程效率不高。随着网络技术的普及,O2O模式的发展为供应链协同效率的提升提供了充分的条件。依据企业在选择工业品供应商时的实际需求,建立了一套O2O模式下的工业品供应商评价体系,分别从线上、线下以及线上线下协同三个方面给出评价指标体系,运用层次分析法进行计算,并给出示例予以验证。
Increasing competition in industry makes the manufacturers' requirement for suppliers strict. The traditional enterprise procurement process is very complex and costs large amount of time and labor, and the entire process is not efficient. With the popularization of Internet technology, the development of O2O( Online to Offline ) mode provides conditions for the improvement of the efficiency of the supply chain collaboration. This paper proposes an evaluation system for the industrial products supplier selection under O2O mode. First, indexes of the evaluation system are presented from three aspects: online, offline and the collaboration between online and offline. Then, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the weights of indexes in the evaluation system.
