摘要
基于分形理论和机构拓扑图,提出了一种有效的三转动混联机构型综合与分析方法。首先,介绍了机构拓扑图和分形理论的概念及联系;接着,叙述了机构的运动特征和运算法则;然后,根据上述条件建立了混联机构与分形的关系模型,从而归纳出混联机构构型综合的具体步骤,并综合出具有三转动运动特征的混联机构;最后,提出了混联机构运动特征的分析方法,并以此方法,分析了所综合出的三转动混联机构的末端运动特征,从而验证了该构型的正确性,证实本文所述方法的可行性。
From the view of fractal theory and topological graph, an efficient synthesis methodology and a novel analysis approach of three rotational hybrid mechanisms ( HMs ) are proposed. Firstly, the basic concept of the topological graph and the fractal theory are introduced. Secondly, the kinematic characteristic and algorithm are expounded. Thirdly, the model between the hybrid mechanism and fractal theory is established according to the conditions mentioned above. And the procedure of methodology of type synthesis is concluded in detail, meanwhile, the three rotational hybrid mechanism is synthesized. Finally, for analyzing the kinematic characteristic of hybrid mechanisms, the corresponding method is proposed and one of synthesized structure is analyzed by which the validity of the methodology proposed in this paper is proved.
