我国茶叶企业劳动用工法律风险防范研究 被引量：2

摘要 在时代高速进步和科技飞跃发展的今天,我国茶叶企业在经营过程中对自身风险防范进行了一系列的评估,建立了许多体系保障,这在很大程度上降低了我国茶叶企业劳动用工的风险系数,也在很大程度上保证了我国茶叶企业的顺利发展。但是具体的风险防范体系还存在一些问题有待完善。对此,本文将对茶叶企业的风险现状和防范措施进行解释说明,为我国茶叶企业劳工用工风险防范提供有效的借鉴意义。
