摘要
哈得油田污水处理场隔油池在污油回收、排放达标方面发挥了重要作用,但随着使用年限增加,隔油效果差、拉运频次高、危废产量大等问题逐渐显现。哈得油田结合现场实际,对隔油池进行了并联改串联,增设污油暂存罐等改造,提高了隔油池隔油效果,减少了蒸发池进油量,降低了罐车拉运频次,减少了危废转运数量。同时,通过自制浮子液位计,加装可拆卸护栏,设置危废警示标识,公开环境污染防治制度,提升了现场管理标准,为同行业开展含油污水处理提供参考和借鉴。
The oil separation tank in Hade Oilfield sewage treatment plant plays an important role in the waste oil recovery and discharge standards achieving. But with the increase in service life, the problems of poor oil isolation, high frequency of transportation, high output of hazardous waste and so on gradually appear. In combination with the field practice, Hade Oilfield adopts some renovation strategies such as changing the oil separating pool from parallel to series, adding waste oil temporary storage tank and so on to increase the oil separating effect of oil separating pool,reduce the amount of oil intake in the evaporation pool, reduce the transport frequency of the tanker and the number of hazardous waste transport. At the same time, through the self-made floater level meter, the detachable guardrail is installed, the warning signs of the hazardous waste are set up, and the system of prevention and control of the environmental pollution is open to promote the field management standards and provide reference for the treatment of oily sewage in the same industry.
