摘要
目的建立益胃消瘀颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)定性鉴别白术、当归和石斛,采用HPLC同时测定三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1及人参皂苷Re的含量。结果 TLC斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re分别在0.067 2~0.672μg(r=0.999 6)、0.501 2~5.012μg(r=0.999 6)、0.326 5~3.265μg(r=0.999 6)、0.098 3~0.983μg(r=0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.32%、96.45%、101.23%、97.89%,RSD分别为1.3%、1.5%、1.7%、1.7%。结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于益胃消瘀颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Yiwei Xiaoyu Granules. Methods TLC was used for the qualitative analyses of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Dendrobii Caulis; HPLC was applied to determine the contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Re. Results The TLC spots were clear and free from negative interference. Notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Re showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.067 2–0.672 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.501 2–5.012 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.326 5–3.265 μg (r=0.999 6), 0.098 3–0.983 μg (r=0.999 7), whose average recoveries were 96.32% (RSD=1.3%), 96.45% (RSD=1.5%), 101.23% (RSD=1.7%), and 97.89% (RSD=1.7%), respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yiwei Xiaoyu Granules.
