摘要
对应服装设计管理体系在服装设计创新过程中的具体管理活动,从把握创新方向、提高创新能力和培养创新人才3个方面,对其所产生的作用和效果进行研究,着重对实现创新力提高的3个维度进行研究。通过对意大利奢侈羊绒品牌LORO PIANA的设计创新、南宫秀品牌运用传统越剧服饰文化的传承与在现代服饰设计创新中的融合发展要点进行分析,并对互联网思维下的个性化童装定制的角色定位与发展策略、快时尚品牌及企业和高校2个层面培养设计创新人才进行探索,提出合理挖掘创新深度、分类拓宽创新广度、有节奏加快创新速度和服装设计管理体系融入高校服装设计专业,进行创新创业教育教学的尝试,从而明确服装设计创新活动需要服装设计管理,推进服装设计创新。
Corresponding to the specific management activities of the fashion design managementsystem in the fashion design innovation process, the paper studies the function and effect from threeaspects of controlling innovation direction, improving innovation and cultivating innovative talents,andfocuses on the analysis of the three dimensions of the improvement of innovation ability. Through theanalysis of Italy luxury cashmere brand LORO PIANA design innovation, NANGONG XIU on theintegration of inheritance of traditional Yue opera costume culture and innovation in modern dress design,it explores the internet thinking of personalized children′ s clothing customized role positioning anddevelopment strategy,fast fashion brands and enterprises and universities two levels of training creativedesign talents,offers reasonable excavation of the depth of innovation, classification broaden the breadthof innovation,and an attempt to adjust the speed of innovation and fashion design management system intothe college fashion design innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching. It finds the key ofpromoting innovation of fashion design is fashion design innovation activities need fashion designmanagement.
