摘要
文章阐述了卢氏县森林火灾发生的关键因素,从森林火险气象等级预报、卫星遥感火点监测、人工增雨(雪)降低火险等级、加强节假日灾害性天气预报预警服务以及建立健全森林防火气象服务应急预案等方面介绍了卢氏县森林防火气象服务工作,旨在确保人民的生命财产安全,为建设和谐的社会主义新农村而努力。
In this paper, critical factors leading to forest fire in Lushi County were analyzed, and meteorological services for forest-fire prevention from the aspects of weather grade forecast of forest fire risk, satellite remote sensing for forest fire monitor, artificial precipitation（snowfall） to decrease grade of forest fire risk, reinforcing disastrous weather forecast and early warning and building and improving contingency plan of meteorological services for forest-fire prevention, aiming at ensuring new socialist countryside construction.
