摘要
[目的/意义]提升参考咨询服务工作质量。[方法/过程]从情绪、意志、动机、兴趣、性格和气质等方面分析非智力心理因素对图书馆参考咨询服务的影响。[结果/结论]提出树立较高的职业道德和职业追求、创造良好的工作环境、给予非智力心理因素适当的正负刺激等调节等措施。最后指出还需要在图书馆学教育系统及其人才培养模式着手,加强对图书馆员非智力心理因素的关注。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to improve the quality of reference service. [ Method/process ] The paper analyzes the influence of the non-intellectual psychological factors on the library reference service from the aspects of emotion, volition, motiva-tion, interest, character and temperament. [Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward the corresponding adjustment measures including: setting up a higher professional ethics and career pursuit; creating better working environment; giving proper positive and negative stimulation of non-intellectual psychological factors. At last, it points out that it should increase attention to non-intellectual psycho-logical factors by focusing on library science education system and its personnel training pattern.
