摘要
制备上下面板为碳纤维增强树脂基层合板、芯层为铝合金压制波纹的杂交复合结构,对其开展低速冲击性能试验及冲击后的剩余弯曲承载能力试验。结果表明,低速冲击对复合材料波纹夹层结构造成的损伤会对其剩余弯曲承载能力有较大的影响,但随着冲击能量的增大,剩余承载能力却变化极小,而冲击位置对结构的剩余承载能力影响却非常明显。
A corrugated core sandwich structures were fabricated with carbon fiber reinforced polymer( CFRP) face sheets and aluminum alloy cores. Experimental study was conducted on the impact damage and residual flexural strength. The results showed that the residual flexural strength of corrugated core sandwich structures is affected by damage resulted by low-velocity impact. There is a slight reduction as further increasing of the impact energy. The residual flexural strength is affected by the impact location.
