摘要
为缩短薄壁轴承套圈磨加工的生产周期,以B70851外圈为例,对浮动支承和车、磨结合工艺进行了研究,确定了优化工艺,结果表明:优化后,加工工艺过程由原来的18个工序减少为10个工序,外径车加工余量可减少0.5 mm,缩短了产品生产周期。
In order to shorten production cycle of thin-walled bearing rings during grinding,taking the outer ring of B70851 as an example,the floating supporting,turning and grinding process are researched,and the optimal process is determined. The results show that the optimized process is reduced from 18 to 10,and the allowance for turning of outer diameter is reduced by 0. 5 mm,which shorten production cycle of products.
