摘要
乌江集控中心在十年的信息化实践中没有建立完整的、符合发展需要的管理体系,没有形成科学的工作方法,阻碍了信息化的深入发展,为此,乌江集控中心对过往的经验与教训进行了系统总结,积极探索了信息化的一般规律,在国家、行业及上级单位制度框架下,结合中心未来五年的信息化任务与目标,参照信息系统设计方法构建了以需求为核心的信息化管理制度建设,完成了信息化管理的深层次创新,通过近两年的实践检验,基本证明了管理体系的客观符合性和有效性。
Wujiang Centralized Control Center has failed to build up a complete information-based management system thatadapts to development and to develop scientific working methods for ten years hindering its further informatization.Therefore the Center makes a systematic summary of the experience and lessons of the past and actively studies the generalrules of informatization. According to the regulations of the state the sector and its superior authorities and based on its tasksand targets of informatization in the next five years the Center develops an information - based management system withdemand at the core through the design method of information system and completes the deep innovation of information-basedmanagement. Practices over the past two years demonstrate the adaptability and effectiveness of the management system.
