摘要
潜明水库混凝土重力坝挡水坝段混凝土用量大、水化热高,对其温度应力及施工过程是否需要采取温控措施等问题必须进行研究。通过对该坝段进行无温控措施下冬季开工的施工仿真,得到了该坝段从施工开始到运行后10年的温度场与应力场变化情况。通过分析坝体在4个典型时段的温度与应力变化规律,发现若该挡水坝段在冬季12月份开工,其中的温度应力较小,故该方案无需采取温控措施。
It is necessary to study whether temperature control measures are to be taken for concrete gravity dam constructionof water retaining section of Qianming Reservoir due to its large concrete consumption and high hydration heat. The changes oftemperature field and stress field from commencement of construction to ten years after operation are derived based on theconstruction simulation of dam section without temperature control measures in winter. It is found that the temperature stress ofconcrete is small in the case of the commencement of the water retaining section in December by analyzing the changes oftemperature and stress in the four typical periods of the dam therefore the temperature control measures are not necessary inthis scheme.
