摘要
综采工作面以往在末采挂网时通常采用金属网片逐片连接的挂网工艺,这种工艺耗时长、用工多、劳动强度大,也存在一定的安全隐患。为了解决采用金属网片挂网带来的这些问题,大柳塔煤矿推广应用了高聚酯柔性网挂网技术。通过介绍高聚酯柔性网挂网技术工艺及关键技术参数,总结了柔性网挂网技术的优点。该技术的应用大幅提高了综采面挂网效率,节省了人力,也大大提高了生产安全水平。
In the end mining period of the fully mechanized mining face,the net laying process that the wire netting is connected piece by piece is usually used. The process has the disadvantages of time-consuming,more labors,high labor intensity and more hidden dangers. In order to solve the problems in the laying process of metal mesh,the net laying technology of high polyester flexible net was used in Daliuta coal mine. Application shows that the new technology can greatly improve the efficiency of net hanging in fully mechanized mining face,save the manpower and greatly improve the safety production level.
