摘要
基于压缩空气的有效能量,提出了气动凿岩机能量利用率的计算方法。由各类(不含导轨式凿岩机)标示的性能参数计算了其能量利用率(12.93%~21.87%),其值均远低于液压凿岩机的能量利用率(50%)。根据三种气腿式凿岩机性能参数实测数据计算了在不同工作压力下的能量利用率,计算结果表明:其变化规律取决于结构参数。本文能量利用率的计算方法,亦可用于气动工具和潜孔冲击器等产品能量利用率的计算。
Based on effective energy of the compressed air, the paper puts forward the computation method for the energy usage ratio of the pneumatic rock driller. Energy usage ratios (12.93 %# 21.87%) were calculated from the labeled performance specifications of various pneumatic rock driller (except the guide driller), which were much lower than those (50%) of the hydraulic rock driller. Out of actual measurements of 3 kind of air _ leg rock driller (s performance specifications, their energy usage ratios at different working pressures were calculated. The results show as followings: change rule for energy usage ratio relies on structure parameters. The computation method in the paper also applies to the computation of energy usage ratio of air tools and DTH impactors.
