摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声结合经腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法选取本院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的异位妊娠患者100例为研究对象,根据护理方法不同,将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者采用腹部超声,观察组患者采用腹部超声+阴道超声进行临床诊断,比较两种检查方法的诊断准确率和影像学结果。结果观察组附件区包块、胚芽、宫内假孕囊、卵黄囊和胎心搏动的超声检查结果与病理检查结果符合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);包块直径≤1.5cm时,观察组检查结果符合率明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声结合经腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中的准确率明显高于经腹部超声,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by pathology. They were randomly divided into observation group （abdominal ultrasound ＋ vaginal ultrasonography） And the control group （abdominal ultrasound） in 50 cases. The diagnostic accuracy and imaging results of the two methods were observed and compared. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonography and pathological examination was significantly higher in the observation group （P 〈0.05） than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The diameter of the mass was ≤1.5cm （P 〈0.05）. The coincidence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound, which is worthy of popularization.
