摘要
基于哈拉沟煤矿12103综采工作面采空区下开采的实践,介绍了浅埋极近距离下煤层开采综合安全技术。该技术主要包括防治水、顶板管理和通风管理。结合上覆采空区底板等值线,提前对采空区低洼点积水进行疏放;提前预测顶板管理困难区域,有针对性地采取顶板管理措施;针对工作面和上隅角气体浓度异常问题,采取了安设局部通风机和均压通风措施。通过应用综合安全技术,12103综采工作面实现了安全生产,为类似条件下工作面开采提供借鉴。
Based on mining practice of No. 12103 fully-mechanized mining face under the goaf,the comprehensive security mining technology which including water prevention and control,roof management and ventilation management for ultraclose coal seams with shallow depth was introduced. Combined with bottom isoline of overlying goaf,the goaf water was discharged in advance. By predicting the difficult region of roof management,the countermeasures for roof management were carried out. Aiming at the abnormal problems of gas concentration in the working face and upper corner,the measures of installing local ventilators and pressure balanced ventilation were taken. By applying comprehensive security technology,the safety production in No. 12103 mining face was realized,which can provide reference for the mining face under similar conditions.
